I-O Construct Library

Construct proliferation is serious concern in the I-O literature. A practical barrier is that researchers lack easy tools for identifying overlapping constructs across the literature. Working with undergraduate mentee Josue Gonzalez, we developed an I-O construct library that pulls validated constructs from OpenAlex and O*NET, enabling researchers to search and identify conceptually similar constructs. The current tool is a work-in-progress, but is available for use.

Permutation Testing for Adverse Impact

An interactive web app demonstrating permutation testing as an alternative to traditional significance tests for group comparisons in small-sample contexts where conventional approaches break down. Users can explore how this method diverges from traditional methods and visualize the permutation distribution alongside classical results.
